When you send the catalog or custom-order form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, country, type of business, estimated quantity, what you are interested in, and your message.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send you our catalog, prices or questions about your design.
- To follow up on quotes, samples and orders you discuss with us.
We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. We may share the product requirements you send (not your contact details) with partner workshops so they can quote and produce your order.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and then kept in our own email and records. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a possible or current order, and for up to three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
